What’s the problem you’re trying to solve?
Interviews with Gen Z highlight a growing disengagement due to insufficient emphasis on the overarching purpose of their work. The growing importance of new challenges, recognition, reputation and purpose will foster the intercompany ecosystem thinking and will need to be addressed with matching processes and tools.
What are your goals and milestones?
By April 2020, we have successfully simulated, tested and approved a prototype of the first use case in collaboration with multiple enterprises. By October 2021 we want to pilot the solution in collaboration with at least 1 enterprise partner to measure impact. By February 2020 we want to onboard additional partners to create a full-fledged network of businesses.
